Dr Nitin Jha is DIRECTOR with expertise in various types of ROBOTIC and LAPAROSCOPIC surgeries, basic as well as advanced surgeries including BARIATRIC, COLORECTAL and UPPER Gastro and Intestinal Lap Surgeries. He has 20 years of experience in various types of abdominal surgeries. His main areas of expertise are all Robotic and laparoscopic surgeries of Gall Bladder, Appendix, Hernia, Ventral hernia surgery, Reflux surgery, etc. One of his latest achievements is being conferred with the Fellowship by American College of Surgeons at Boston, USA. He has also completed MHCD (Managing Health Care Delivery) from HBS-Harvard Business School., Boston, USA His main field of work involves doing the laparoscopic surgeries by Single incision technique i.e. only one cut instead of 3 or 4 cuts involved in routine laparoscopic surgeries specially for the Gall bladder, Appendix and Hernia surgeries. He offers weight loss surgery after carefully selecting the patients who truly require bariatric surgery. All types of other routine general surgeries are also part of his daily routine surgical list. He has been conferred the prestigious fellowship (FACS) by the American College of Surgeons. He has presented his method of Single incision lap surgeries in various international forums/ societies like SAGES (American) and EAES (European). He has operated on one of our previous Indian cricket team members also. All types of routine anal area surgeries including minimally invasive surgery for piles (MIPH/Laser), fissure, fistula, perianal abscess, etc are also done.
