Dr. Shyamveer is a highly trained Cardiothoracic Surgeon with specialized expertise in Paediatric Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS). He has received advanced training in the management and surgical correction of congenital heart diseases across a wide spectrum of complexity. After completing his specialized training, Dr. Shyamveer joined Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Paediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery, where he worked alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team. During his tenure, he was actively involved in treating a comprehensive range of congenital cardiac conditions, from routine procedures such as Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) closures to highly complex surgeries including Norwood procedures. Currently, Dr. Shyamveer serves as a Senior Consultant – Paediatric CTVS at Fortis Hospital, Manesar. He brings extensive experience in performing a wide array of congenital heart surgeries, including ASD closures, infantile arterial switch operations, aortic arch repairs, and single ventricle palliation procedures. In addition to his surgical expertise, Dr. Shyamveer is well-versed in the postoperative intensive care management of paediatric patients with congenital heart disease, ensuring comprehensive and continuum-based cardiac care.
