Saumya Taneja is a Clinical Psychologist at Fortis Healthcare with an RCI-recognized M.Phil. from GMCH, Chandigarh. With over 2 years of experience in psychotherapy and psychodiagnostics for adolescents and adults, she provides an evidence-based, trauma-informed space rooted in the belief that healing begins by seeing one’s story through new lenses. Grounded in an understanding that many of our patterns, protections, and pain points are shaped by past experience, her approach gently invites individuals to move away from fear and toward a curious, compassionate understanding of their own minds.
