Dr Hitesh Kumar is a distinguished neurosurgeon with extensive experience in cranial and spinal surgery. He completed his M.B.B.S. from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, earning a Gold Medal in Microbiology, and pursued his M.Ch. in Neurosurgery from the same institute. His strong academic background has laid the foundation for an exceptional career in neurosurgery. With experience of over 8,000 neurosurgical procedures, Dr. Hitesh is highly skilled in managing complex brain tumors, advanced spine conditions, and minimally invasive spine surgeries. His areas of expertise include endoscopic and open skull base surgery, craniovertebral junction (CVJ) disorders, and peripheral nerve surgery, enabling him to treat a wide range of neurological conditions with precision. Dr. Kumar has had a distinguished academic career at AIIMS, New Delhi, where he served as faculty member in Neurosurgery department for 15 years. He has played a key role in teaching, mentoring, and training future neurosurgeons, contributing significantly to the academic community. In addition to his clinical and academic contributions, he has authored over 84 research publications indexed in PubMed and contributed to several book chapters.
