Dr. Pallab Chatterjee

Dr. Pallab Chatterjee, MBBS, DCH, MD, DNB is a highly experienced Consultant Pediatrician & Neonatologist with over 30 years of expertise in child healthcare and pediatric respiratory diseases. Trained at premier institutions like Calcutta Medical College and Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, he has advanced specialization in pediatric pulmonology and bronchoscopy, including training at Institute of Child Health, Chennai and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, USA. He is a pioneer in Eastern India, being the first pediatrician to perform fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children. Currently associated with leading hospitals including AMRI, Apollo, Fortis, Medica, and CMRI, he is known for expertise in asthma, lung infections, neonatal care, and critical pediatric conditions. A senior member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and multiple specialty chapters, he actively contributes to medical education, digital health, and pediatric innovation.
